Sett spends his days overseeing the fighting pits of Navori. Making profit from gathering bets and payment from spectators during fights. His staff and fighters are like a second family to him. Which has gained him respect around the area of Navori.
Although he shares his cut of the money with his mother, he plays fair and pays his fighters and staff well.

Navori Fighting Pit
The fighting pits of Navori is surrounded by lush wildlife. Although a bustling with people, the pit itself is never open during the daytime. During the day, it's doors are closed until certain hours. This is when patrons waiting can explore the market that has grown around it. This ranges from auctions of rare finds and locals selling produce. However, these also rotate throughout the day as more and more gather to the fighting pit at nights. During the night, the pits light their lanterns and open their doors. Allowing buyers, bidders and audience alike to enter its doors.
For a fee of 250g a person can sign up to fight in the pits and make a wage. The fee is small because not everyone is made for it. However, there is also the chance that someone needs a job. So the application fee is small to help those in need for quick coin.
When signing up to be in the fighting pits, Sett understands that everyone has their own secrets. Because of this fighters who register aren't required to tell him the reasoning behind joining. Even if there is illegal activity involved. He only cares if it puts him and his staff at risk.
The bottom of your contract says that if you die the pit is not required to compensate your family or anyone who may miss you. It is also stated out loud before the signing process, emphasizing that because of the high stake fights, there is a chance weapons may be deadly.
The rule of the fight pit is that if you aren't content with your pay you take it up with the boss.
Fighters who break rules are immediately reprimanded, although Sett or another staff member would gladly straighten the problem out. If the problem is bad enough, then Sett will have others deal with the issue in a more violent manner.
Fighters are allowed the challenge other fighters, but if you're going to do it, you might as well do it for money. this can be brought up to Sett as a contract between the two fighters. Both fighters also have to agree, along with paying up a sum. This is for the staff working that fight and also a payment for those who fight. There is also the chance that fighters get part of the sale as their winning pot.
While the pit itself is made of a living wood like every material, it is taken care of with great care. Every day before its doors open the staff and Sett pay respect to the trees. Although they have long passed, since the magic of the land is quite thin, because of this, there is low chance that the fauna will come alive in retaliation.
The pit has it's own living quarters for fighters. This is for the fighters to live in if they don't have anywhere to stay for the days they are fighting. It includes bed and bath, however food and other accommodations are found elsewhere.
